How the supporter portal handles your data

The portal uses Patreon or SubscribeStar only to confirm that the signed-in account has an eligible membership for Isekai Fantasy and to provide the correct supporter release.

Membership information

We receive the public profile name, stable provider account identifier, membership status, entitlement amount and applicable tier identifiers. We do not receive your provider password, payment-card information, postal address or private messages.

Session cookie

After sign-in, an encrypted HTTP-only cookie keeps the portal session active for up to six hours. It is used only to re-check access before showing or serving a download. Signing out removes that cookie.

Personalized supporter downloads

Supporter files may be personalized to protect unreleased game builds from unauthorized redistribution. For this purpose, the portal stores the provider, stable provider account identifier, display name, release identifier, a random per-release identifier, and download timestamps. The identifier embedded in a build does not contain your provider account ID or display name in plain text.

Purpose and retention

Membership data is processed to fulfil supporter access and prevent unauthorized access. Download-personalization records are used to protect pre-release content and investigate unauthorized redistribution. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and any applicable legal obligations. The hosting provider may retain ordinary security and delivery logs according to its configured retention periods.

Your choices and rights

You can sign out at any time and revoke the application in your Patreon or SubscribeStar settings. Depending on applicable law, you may request information, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing. Contact Hize Interactive through an official support channel for privacy requests. Identity verification may be required before account-linked information is disclosed or changed.
